About Caffeine
Caffeine adds a toggle to GNOME's quick settings menu that stops the screen from blanking and the computer from suspending automatically. It is useful while watching a video, giving a presentation or running a long job that should not be interrupted.
The extension has been maintained for a long time and has branches for older GNOME releases; the current master branch supports GNOME 45 through 50.
