About Extension Manager
Extension Manager lets you work with GNOME Shell extensions from a desktop app instead of the extensions.gnome.org website. You can browse and search the extensions site, install and remove extensions, and turn them on or off.
On GNOME 43 and later it can also update installed extensions from inside the app. It is written with GTK 4 and libadwaita, so it matches the look of a current GNOME desktop.
