About Cinch
Cinch turns the left, right and top edges of the screen into hot zones. Drag a window until the pointer enters a zone and drop it: the left or right edge resizes it to exactly half the screen for side-by-side work, and the top edge fills the whole screen. Dragging the window away restores its original size.
It is mouse-driven; the same developer's SizeUp covers keyboard use. Cinch works best with a single monitor, since the edge between screens is shared.
