cliamp plays local files, podcasts and about 58,000 internet radio stations inside the terminal. It can also stream from Spotify, Qobuz, Tidal, YouTube Music, Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Navidrome and other sources. It has playlists, a 10-band equalizer, 31 visualizers, synced lyrics, remote control and Lua plugins.
A setup command walks you through connecting services. Optional ffmpeg adds AAC, ALAC, Opus and WMA, and yt-dlp adds YouTube and SoundCloud. It runs on Linux, macOS and Windows, with a separate Android app.
