About Dooble
Dooble is a desktop web browser built on Qt and its WebEngine component. It has a long history, first released in 2008, and was rewritten in 2017 as a next-generation browser. Releases arrive frequently, and recent versions added a DuckDuckGo search engine, stricter handling of invalid sub-resource certificates and new domain-filtering files.
Binaries are published for macOS, with a signed application, as well as Windows and Linux. It suits people who want an independent, privacy-minded browser outside the mainstream Chromium and Firefox builds.
