dumb is an alternative front end for Genius. It was written because the Genius website loads megabytes of scripts and clutter, and it aims to make reading lyrics lightweight and pleasant.
It is written in Go and can run as a Docker container with a single command or be built from source. The repository keeps a list of public instances for people who do not want to host their own.
