About Gotenberg
Gotenberg is a Docker container that exposes an HTTP API for making PDFs. It bundles headless Chromium for converting URLs, HTML and Markdown, and LibreOffice for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and over 100 other formats, so you do not have to manage those tools or fonts yourself.
Beyond conversion it can merge, split, rotate, flatten, watermark and encrypt PDFs, produce PDF/A and PDF/UA files, take screenshots and edit metadata. It suits developers who need document generation inside their own applications.
