About Koillection
Koillection keeps track of mostly physical collections of any kind. You organise collections, items, tags, signatures and wishlists, and add metadata yourself or with HTML scrapers you define, since it does not ship with pre-built metadata sources.
Collections can be shared with others while you control what they see, and other people can be invited to manage their own collections on your server. It includes a night mode, a REST API, English and French interfaces, and works as a progressive web app on phones and tablets.
Strengths
- Works for any type of collection
- Custom scrapers for adding your own metadata
- Sharing controls and multiple users per server
- REST API and installable web app
Limitations
- No built-in metadata downloads
- Wiki documentation is still under construction
- Developer advises backing up the database before updates
