About Kooha

Kooha is a screen recorder for the Linux desktop that aims to stay out of the way. You press the record button and it starts, without a long list of settings to work through first.

It is built with GTK and written in Rust, and works on both Wayland and X11 sessions. It records the screen with optional audio, which makes it a good fit for quick clips and bug reports rather than produced videos.
