About Leantime

Leantime is a project and work management system aimed at people who are not professional project managers. It covers task tracking with views such as Kanban boards, along with strategy and planning tools for small businesses, product teams and agencies working with clients.

Its developers design it around neurodivergent users, with an emphasis on reducing overwhelm when managing work. The core is open source, and a mobile app for iPhone and Android is in beta.

Strengths

  • Built with ADHD, dyslexia and autism in mind
  • Kanban and strategy tools in one system
  • Open-source core

Limitations

  • Mobile app is still in beta
  • Less suited to teams that need heavyweight PM features
