LiveTcpUdpWatch uses the Windows event tracing API to report each TCP and UDP connection as it happens, without a packet sniffer. Each row shows the protocol, local and remote addresses and ports, bytes and packets sent and received, connect and disconnect times for TCP, and the process ID and path responsible.
Unlike CurrPorts, it also captures outgoing UDP traffic with process details. Optional IP-location CSV files add country, city and ASN columns, and the command line can run a timed capture and save the results to a file. It runs on Windows XP through Windows 11 and needs administrator rights on Vista and later.
