Windows 8, 10 and 11 record network usage every hour in the SRUDB.dat database. NetworkUsageView extracts these records and shows the application or service name and description, the user name and SID, the network adapter, and the bytes sent and received.
It can summarize usage by app, by user or both, limit results to a date range, and read the database from an external drive or a remote computer. Data exports to text, CSV, HTML or XML, including from the command line.
Strengths

- Summary modes by app, user or both
- Reads databases from external drives and remote computers
- Command-line export with selectable columns
Limitations
- Works only on Windows 8, 10 and 11
- Data is recorded hourly, not in real time
- Remote loading works only when the database file is not locked
