About Loops
Loops is a short-video sharing platform built on the fediverse. It has a vertical swipe feed, a chronological Following feed and a For You feed. The For You feed draws on engagement, hashtags and the social graph across Loops and compatible ActivityPub servers rather than on ads.
Creators get a minimal camera for recording vertical clips with captions, and comments stay in threads. You can browse in a web browser or use the official mobile apps, and anyone can run their own instance with the published server code.
