About LosslessCut
LosslessCut is a graphical front end for FFmpeg built around one idea: copy the stream instead of re-encoding it. Rough-cutting a large camera, drone or screen recording takes seconds and the output is bit-for-bit the same quality as the source.
Beyond trimming it can merge files, extract or remove individual audio, video and subtitle tracks, fix broken files, change container formats and edit metadata. The GitHub builds for Windows, macOS and Linux are free; the same app in the Microsoft Store and Mac App Store is paid and supports the developer.
Strengths
