About Shotcut
Shotcut is a desktop video editor built on the MLT framework and FFmpeg. It reads hundreds of audio and video formats natively, so a timeline can mix clips of different resolutions and frame rates without a conversion step before you start cutting.
The interface is a set of dockable panels: playlist, properties, filters, keyframes, history and an export panel with a job queue. It supports capture from screen, webcam and audio devices, network stream playback and Blackmagic SDI or HDMI output for monitoring.
