About ncmpcpp
ncmpcpp is a terminal client for Music Player Daemon (MPD), inspired by ncmpc. It gives MPD a keyboard-driven interface for browsing the library, managing playlists, editing tags and showing a music visualizer.
The project is officially in maintenance mode. The author still uses it daily and considers it feature complete, but no substantial new features should be expected. It suits people who already run MPD, or plan to, and prefer working in a terminal.
