About Obscura VPN
Obscura VPN is designed so that no single party sees both who you are and what you do. Obscura's relay sees your IP address but only encrypted traffic, and a separate exit operator, Mullvad, carries the traffic onward. Accounts use a number instead of an email address, and the service can also block ads, trackers and malware. The site says it is built to get around internet censorship.
Apps are available for iOS, macOS, Android, Windows and Linux, and the service can also be used with a standard WireGuard client. The client source code is published on GitHub.
