About OpenKeychain

OpenKeychain stores your OpenPGP keys and those of your contacts on an Android phone. It helps you find and exchange keys, and uses them to encrypt, decrypt and sign messages and files. Because it follows the OpenPGP standard, its output works with PGP software on other systems.

Other Android apps, such as the K-9 Mail email client, the Conversations messenger and Android Password Store, can use OpenKeychain for their encryption. The security firm Cure53 audited it and found no critical issues.
