OpnForm is a no-code form builder with drag-and-drop fields, multi-page and conversational layouts, conditional logic, file uploads, themes and captcha protection. Forms can be embedded anywhere, and responses trigger email notifications or integrations with Slack, Discord and webhooks. Built-in analytics summarise submissions.

The free cloud plan has no submission limits, paid plans remove OpnForm branding, and EU hosting is offered. You can also self-host it with Docker. A remote MCP server lets AI agents draft forms and search submissions.
