About Fillout
Fillout is a web-based form builder for surveys, quizzes, event registrations, job applications and feedback forms. You build forms with drag and drop, then style them with pre-built or custom themes, your own fonts, logo, colors and custom CSS.
It also covers scheduling, payments, PDFs, signatures and workflows. Responses can be stored in other tools through more than 50 native integrations. Login forms let respondents edit their earlier submissions, and forms can be kept internal-only. Teams can review results together in real time with views and analytics.
