About OruxMaps
OruxMaps is a map app for hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities. It shows online map sources, including WMS services, and caches the tiles it displays for later offline use. It can also build offline maps from online sources and combine several sources into layered maps with transparency.
For offline use it opens many map formats: Mapsforge vector maps, GeoPDF, .rmap, open Garmin maps, MBTiles and .ozf2, plus maps calibrated with OruxMapsDesktop or MOBAC on a PC. DEM files add relief shading and a 3D map view. The app has no advertising and supports Android Wear.
