About ROCKNIX
ROCKNIX is an immutable Linux distribution that replaces the stock software on handheld gaming devices from makers such as AYANEO, Ayn, GameForce, Hardkernel, Powkiddy and Retroid. It is built for retro emulation, with performance and power profiles, in-game touch controls and local and remote multiplayer.
It also offers RetroAchievements, automatic game scraping, Syncthing and rclone sync, WireGuard, Tailscale and ZeroTier VPNs, Bluetooth controllers and HDMI output. It can run from an SD card or be installed to internal storage.
