About SearchMyFiles
SearchMyFiles is a replacement for the standard Windows file search. You can search by wildcard, by created, modified or accessed time, attributes, file size, file owner, filename length, and text or binary content. You can also exclude folders and file types, or limit the search to matching subfolders.
Results can be saved as text, HTML, CSV or XML files, or copied to the clipboard. A summary mode finds empty folders and can delete them. The program needs no installation, runs from a USB drive, and works on Windows 2000 through Windows 11 in 32-bit and 64-bit builds.
