About Tide

Tide is a prompt for the fish shell. It renders asynchronously, so the prompt stays responsive even in large Git repositories or slow directories.

An interactive configuration wizard lets you pick the prompt's style and layout by answering questions, and because Tide is written entirely in fish you can adjust its behavior with ordinary fish variables and functions.
