About Tiling Shell
Tiling Shell adds tiling window management to GNOME Shell. You can pick from layouts or build your own, then drop windows into the zones of the layout, in the manner of FancyZones on Windows. It also has a snap assistant similar to the one in Windows 11.
The extension supports multiple monitors. It suits people coming from Windows who want zone-based snapping on a GNOME desktop without switching to a full tiling window manager.
