TreeSize Free scans a drive and presents a folder tree sorted by size, so the thing filling the disk is at the top before the scan has even finished. It reads the NTFS master file table directly, which is why a full drive scan takes seconds rather than minutes.
The free edition covers the common case. Duplicate finding, scheduled reports, scanning network shares at scale and exporting are reserved for the paid Professional and Enterprise editions from the same company.
