About WizTree
Most disk space analysers walk the folder tree file by file, which takes minutes on a large drive. WizTree reads the NTFS master file table instead, so a full scan of a modern disk finishes in seconds and produces the same answer: a sorted list of the biggest files and folders, plus a treemap of the whole drive.
From there you can find the largest files, spot duplicates, search with wildcards and export the file list to CSV. It is free for personal use; commercial use asks for a paid supporter code.
