About W3C Internationalization Checker

The W3C Internationalization Checker runs a series of tests on a web page to judge how well it is prepared for international audiences. It summarises key information such as the character encoding and language declarations, and flags problems. You can check a page by URL or upload a local file, and choose whether the file is served as HTML or XHTML.

It is a separate tool from the W3C markup, feed and link validators. The source code is on GitHub.
