About Wing Python IDE
Wing is an integrated development environment built specifically for Python. It combines a code editor with source analysis, a breakpoint debugger and unit testing with code coverage for hands-on coding.
Wing 12 adds tools for agentic development with Claude Code. A Tasks tool plans, queues and reviews agent work, and Wing's MCP servers give agents access to code analysis, testing and the debugger. Wing 101 and Wing Personal are free editions, and Wing Pro is the paid full edition.
