About Archiver
Archiver opens RAR, Zip, 7z and dozens of other archive formats on the Mac. You can preview an archive's contents with QuickLook and extract only the files you need instead of unpacking everything.
It can also compress files and folders, create password-protected archives with AES-256 encryption and split large files. Options cover compression level, output folders and removing an archive after extraction. Archiver 5 requires macOS 26 Tahoe and runs natively on Apple Silicon; it is also offered through Setapp.
