About aText

aText replaces short abbreviations with longer phrases in any application. Snippets can contain rich text, images and attachments, and advanced snippets can use date and time values, editable fields, keystrokes and scripts. It also includes auto-correction for sentence capitalisation and double capitals, plus built-in snippet sets for common misspellings, HTML, JavaScript and emoji.

Snippets sync between Windows and macOS through OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Drive or a shared network folder. A portable version is available, and the Windows build is also sold through the Microsoft Store.
