About EPUBCheck
EPUBCheck is the official conformance checker for EPUB publications. It reports errors and problems in an EPUB file so authors and publishers can fix them before distributing a book.
It runs as a standalone command-line tool and can also be used as a Java library. It is open source and maintained by the DAISY Consortium on behalf of W3C, and suits anyone producing EPUB files who needs to check them against the standard.
