About Hail
Hail freezes Android apps so they cannot run in the background until you need them again. It can disable, hide, suspend or uninstall apps, and it does this without requiring root access.
It is useful for taming preinstalled apps or apps you only open occasionally. The project is free software developed on GitHub, with documentation in English, Chinese and Japanese.
