About Hazel
Hazel watches the folders you choose and acts on files that match your rules. It can move, rename, tag, archive, open or upload files based on name, date, type, source website and other attributes. Pattern matching lets you sort files into subfolders built from those attributes, so bills, downloads and screenshots end up where they belong.
It also keeps the Trash in check by deleting old files or emptying it when it grows too large. Its App Sweep feature finds the support files an application leaves behind when you delete it. Hazel integrates with Spotlight, tags, notifications and Shortcuts.
