About organize
organize is a file management automation tool. You write rules in a YAML configuration file that describe which files to look at and what to do with them, and the tool applies them, for example to tidy a downloads folder or file documents into a fixed structure.
It is written in Python, has full documentation on Read the Docs, and version 3 is the current major release. It suits people comfortable with the command line who want repeatable, scriptable clean-up of their folders.
