About Microsoft Planner
Microsoft Planner collects tasks, to-do lists, plans and projects from across Microsoft 365 apps into one online workspace. Three main views, My Day, My Tasks and My Plans, separate what needs doing today from longer-running team work.
Plans can start from templates and be shown as lists, boards, timelines or sprints. Teams co-edit plans together, and the paid plans add agile sprint planning, custom fields and task history. It suits organisations already working inside Microsoft 365.
