About Paperwork

Paperwork turns paper documents into searchable files: scan or import them, then find any document by typing a few keywords, including text inside PDF files. You can add coloured labels, and over time Paperwork learns which labels apply and assigns them to new documents automatically.

Everything is kept in a single folder using common formats such as JPEG, hOCR and PDF, so backups are simple and the folder can be synced with Nextcloud, Syncthing or similar tools. It also detects page orientation and offers quick page editing.
