About PDF Arranger

PDF Arranger shows every page of a document as a thumbnail you can drag, rotate, crop, duplicate or delete. Two documents opened together can be interleaved or merged, which is the quickest way to combine the odd and even pages from a scanner that only does one side.

It is a small GTK program built on pikepdf and it does nothing else. There is no editing of text or images, which keeps it fast and keeps the interface to one window.
