About PhotoSweeper
PhotoSweeper scans folders, external drives and photo libraries for duplicate and similar images. It works with Apple Photos, Capture One and Adobe Lightroom Classic, handling removals safely: files go to the Trash, a special album, or are marked Rejected in Lightroom.
Adjustable rules can automatically mark which photo to keep in each group, a similarity threshold can be changed on the fly, and series of shots can be grouped by time gap. It is optimised for Apple Silicon, and a separate mobile version is available for iPhone and iPad.
