About Return YouTube Dislike
YouTube hides the number of dislikes on videos. Return YouTube Dislike puts a dislike count back under each video. The figures come from a combination of dislike statistics scraped before YouTube hid them and estimates extrapolated from data sent by the extension's own users, so recent numbers are approximations rather than YouTube's official count.
The project also offers a documented API for developers and is open source on GitHub. It suits viewers who use dislikes as a quick signal of a video's quality before watching.
