About Enhancer for YouTube
Enhancer for YouTube adds controls that the YouTube player leaves out. You can change playback speed and volume with the mouse wheel, use finer speed steps such as 1.1 or 1.15, set a default speed and a preferred quality that apply automatically, and boost volume beyond the normal maximum.
It can also force standard frame rates, or the MP4 format with the H.264 codec instead of WebM and VP9, which helps on machines without hardware VP9 decoding. It can stop videos in background tabs from autoplaying. Versions are offered for Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
