About Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT)
Remote Server Administration Tools let IT administrators manage roles and features on Windows Server machines from their own workstation, such as Active Directory and Group Policy, instead of signing in to each server.
RSAT can only be installed on Professional or Enterprise editions of Windows, not Home or Standard, and generally requires a full release of Windows rather than a preview build. Microsoft documents it for Windows 10 and Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
