About Sharkey
Sharkey is a fork of Misskey that follows upstream changes where possible while adding its own features and interface improvements, with an emphasis on performance compared with other Misskey derivatives.
Like other ActivityPub software it federates with thousands of fediverse servers, including Akkoma, Mastodon and Pixelfed. The project publishes releases, documentation, themes and a list of instances, and is maintained by a small named team of developers.
