About Snapper
Snapper manages snapshots of Linux filesystems such as Btrfs and LVM volumes, and lets you compare snapshots and undo system modifications. It is developed by the openSUSE project.
Besides the command-line client, the repository includes a D-Bus server, a PAM module and a plugin for the zypper package manager, which openSUSE uses to take snapshots before and after software changes. Debian packaging files are also included.
