About Video Speed Controller
Video Speed Controller gives fine-grained control over the playback rate of any HTML5 video or audio element on any site. Keyboard shortcuts speed playback up, slow it down or jump back a few seconds, so you can skim a lecture or slow down a tutorial without relying on the site's own player controls.
It is built for Google Chrome and is distributed through the Chrome Web Store, with the source code kept on GitHub.
