About fre:ac
fre:ac is an audio converter and CD ripper. It converts between MP3, M4A/AAC, FLAC, WMA, Opus, Ogg Vorbis, Speex, Monkey's Audio, WavPack, WAV and other formats. It can convert whole music libraries while keeping the folder and filename structure.
The built-in CD ripper looks up track information in the CDDB/GNUdb database and writes it to ID3v2 or other tags. A Flathub package is available for Linux.
