LibrePCB is an electronic design automation suite for drawing schematics and designing PCBs, aimed at makers, students and professionals alike. It runs on Windows, Linux and macOS, is available in 15 languages, and needs no online account.

Its libraries organise symbols and footprints semantically rather than as loose graphics, and all project files are human-readable and canonical, so libraries and projects work well under version control. Version 2.1.1 was released in June 2026.
