About StackEdit

StackEdit is an open-source Markdown editor that runs in the browser. It is based on PageDown, the editor used by Stack Overflow, and offers syntax highlighting, formatting buttons and a live preview whose scrolling stays in step with the editor.

Files can sync with Google Drive, Dropbox and GitHub, and be published as posts to Blogger, WordPress and Zendesk as Markdown, HTML or Handlebars templates. Shared workspaces merge concurrent edits, and inline comments support review.
