About Tilda
Tilda is a terminal emulator in the same family as GNOME Terminal, Konsole and xterm, but it has no window border and drops down from the top of the screen when you press a key, in the style of a game console.
It is configurable through a settings dialog and suits people who want a terminal available instantly without switching windows. It is built with GTK and released under the GPL.
