About UltraViewer
UltraViewer lets you take control of a partner's Windows computer to help them as if you were sitting at their desk. The person being helped can watch everything on screen and take control back at any time.
A chat window runs alongside the session, toggled with a hotkey, and files can be sent and received through it. You can control several computers at once or share your screen with several people. It supports Windows versions from XP to 11 and Windows Server.
